
Cox Communications Selected Yoko Consulting to Develop Their Interactive Strategy
Cox Communications, one of the nation’s largest telecommunications companies needed to create a more responsive online strategy to coincide with their campaign focusing on their company, and it’s employees, local community presence. In collaboration with Voice Media and Bridge the Gap Media, Yoko Consulting (YC) completed an exhaustive audit of Cox’s current presence and reputation online as well as an in depth look at their competitors strategies and positions online and in the marketplace in general.
After the discovery phase, we were able to craft a cohesive strategy to assist Cox in using all forms of online media to simultaneously increase the company’s image and reputation, further secure customer retention as well as deliver new customers to Cox while also increasing the effectiveness of their offline campaigns. This is currently a work in progress, and continues to grow and evolve as well as deliver increasingly effective results.
