Diamedix Medical Supplies Entrust their Digital Efforts to Yoko Consulting

Diamedix Medical Supplies is one of the quickest growing medical companies in the country, headquartered in Richmond Virginia.  Their rapid growth had been primarily predicated on their catalog and telesales, driven by direct mail and broadcast advertising.  As they continued to grow, they realized the need to expand their offerings online, but weren’t sure how to approach it.  After interviewing several companies, Diamedix selected Yoko Consulting (YC) to develop the strategy for their introduction to digital media.

While much of this work is under way, the YC team has developed the entirety of the strategy for Diamedix.  The strategy is multifaceted and includes web development, email marketing, search engine optimization and marketing as well as mobile media and application development as well as complete integration with their ecommerce and CRM platforms.  Yoko Consulting also enabled Diamedix to coordinate repeated scheduled deliveries through their CRM tool, purchased through the website and seamlessly delivered to the customers’ door.
