To further the effectiveness of a campaign, Yoko Consulting uses a generational model across all advertising channels. This simply means that YC recommends using multiple iterations of creative and copy through all channels and mediums. These differing renditions are periodically (generally monthly) compared, and those that perform at the highest levels with target demographics are used as a basis for future generational models.
Each model then derives three versions based on the most successful patriarch from the preceding generation, as well as two mutagens, which are essentially versions using new creative and copy. This adaptation process continues on a regular basis, ensuring that each generation provides a greater return on investment time after time.
